I've been driving for 6 months now, and have started the Advanced Motarists to gain a bit more knowledge and experience while driving. Been to a couple of their meetings and everyone is friendly and welcoming, so I'll enjoy myself and hopefully progress well enough.
Finished my Public Services course a couple of months ago and gained 3 Merits which is the same as B/C grades at A Levels. Did well enough for my circumstances, although should have done a lot better. I'm very glad I got the grades I got and am glad to be out of that class.
Started another course - one of my 2 greatest passions - animals. Well, Animal Management. This will lead me into doing various jobs, such as Animal Welfare Officer or zoologist or wildlife photographer. It's something I have always wanted to do.
Although I'm still at home (and have finally realised my passion), my mum has allowed me to purchase a couple of pets. I agree on her reasoning that having a couple of small animals will help me with this course. She's banned all animals from the house, apart from hamsters, and it now seems, degus. She was rather taken by me showing her leaflets, pictures and videos of degus and she seems wiling to allow them to habit the home with us. If I get a pair, they'll be photoed and put up here.
